Workshop series: curriculum development and renewal essentials

We are excited to announce our Curriculum Development and Renewal Workshop Series. The series of hour-long workshops online will introduce the key steps and activities in the curriculum cycle at snəw̓eyəɬ leləm̓ Langara College.

In these workshops you will receive information on what is involved in developing and renewing learner-centred curriculum, including the goals of a needs analysis, the benefits of internal and external consultations, the purpose of program- and course-level learning outcomes, and curriculum maps. You will learn about each component and be introduced to the resources available to support this work.

This series will be of particular interest to faculty and instructors who have recently engaged in program review or who are interested in developing a new program.

These workshops will be focused upon aspects of curriculum development and renewal supported by TCDC. We hope you’ll join us.
