The Kaltura service is still experiencing delays. Media uploads (both manual uploads using Add New or via Kaltura Capture) may take some time to appear in your My Media library in Brightspace. The delay will vary based on the size of the file.
They should be available in Insert Stuff, and in the My Media library on the MediaSpace website. This means that you can still embed your uploaded videos in Brightspace, even if you can’t see them in your My Media library.
Kaltura engineers are currently working on the problem, and updates will appear here once we have them.
All schools using Kaltura in BC are experiencing the same issues. Kaltura is striving to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
