Below just a brief update with recent news.
The Association of Canadian Community Colleges have signed a model license agreement with Access Copyright at a cost of $10.00 per FTE. The AUCC (universities) agreement came out earlier at approximately $26 per FTE and several institutions have opted out (see ArielKatz synopsis). No word yet on which community colleges have signed up.
