Langara/Riipen Experiential/WIL Project Launch

Langara has just signed a new partnership with the Riipen/RBC ReachUp Program! Instructors will have free access to the Langara / Riipen dashboard from December 2023-March 2025.

• Log on and take a peek at https://app.riipen.com/portals/jEzvoLna
• If you have not created a Riipen account yet:
• Click “Sign up” in the top right, and create an account. Once the account is created and signed in, you can click the link and the screen will have an orange “Request to Join” button below the book banner. Click this and we will approve your request to join the Langara portal.
• If you already have a Riipen account:
• Click “Log in” in the top right. Once signed in, the Langara portal will display an orange “Request to Join” button. Click this to join. (If you are already logged into Riipen, the “Request to Join” button should already be visible, so you can click it.)
• Individualized Instructor support from the Riipen team to acclimatize, make match suggestions, answer questions and more – in time for Spring 2024!

Instructor project options:

1. pick from 31,000 existing employer / organization projects in Canada and the United States (in arts, business, sciences, community projects)
2. draft a brief tailored to your course requirements for employers to respond to with a suggested project
3. invite a current community partner to upload a project via the private mode for your class only to access and track progress using the platform
