Join us for an interactive workshop designed for instructors who are eager to enhance their teaching with short, engaging educational videos. This hands-on session will guide you through the fundamentals of video production and editing using tools readily available to you—smartphones, mobile devices, and user-friendly editing software such as ScreenPal and Adobe Premiere Rush. During the session you will plan, script and storyboard a 2-5 min educational video which you will then produce under the guidance of our EdTech facilitators.
This workshop will take place in the EdTech Studio, C214. Please bring a smartphone/tablet with video capabilities, and a laptop for editing (a small number of laptops will be made available).
Note: All Digital Media Creator series attendees must have completed the prerequisite, Digital Media Creator Module 1, before participating in this session (or have already taken it in a previous year).
