CANCELLED – Introduction to Curriculum Mapping (TCDC Event)

Does your recently completed program review action plan include developing a curriculum map? Revising the curriculum for your program and looking for a tool that will help you choose the right courses and plan course sequencing? Join us for this 90 minute workshop in which we’ll walk you through the elements of a curriculum map as well as the steps for creating and using them in learner-centred curriculum design.

After participating in this workshop, you will be able to:

• describe the purpose, elements, and format of a curriculum map
• working collaboratively with your department colleagues and a TCDC curriculum consultant, begin to map your program
• identify program strengths and opportunities for improvement in a completed curriculum map
