Curriculum Consultant
Natalia joined TCDC as a Curriculum Consultant in November 2020. In her role, she assists faculty with course design and delivery and advancement of teaching practices by facilitating educational development opportunities, conducting needs assessment and consultations, and helping faculty connect with resources within and outside of the college.
Natalia has over ten years of teaching experience, more than five years of experience as a curriculum and instructional designer in higher education, and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology and Learning Design from Simon Fraser University. Her many professional interests include creating inclusive and equitable learning environments, designing courses that increase learner engagement and success, and humanizing online education by fostering a learning community.
