Instructor, Student Success Course
Frances joined Langara in the fall of 2019 as an instructor for the Langara Student Success Course. Frances works closely with the LSSC instructional team, to deliver the course to all Langara students and to ensure the curriculum is relevant, accessible and engaging. She promotes the course through building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across the college.
Frances is an experienced classroom and online curriculum developer, instructor and instructional coordinator with many years working in the field of adult education and intercultural communication. She holds an MA in Intercultural and International Communication from Royal Roads University. She has a strong desire to continuously learn new and innovative approaches to support and facilitate student success and is passionate about engaging with others to meet program goals.
