Psychology Subject Tutoring

If you are having trouble extracting information from a research article, understanding a passage in textbooks, constructing your essay, or applying statistical methods, the subject tutor can assist you.

For dates and the schedule of support, check out the “Tutoring Services and Achieve Support” module in the “Resources – Psychology Lab” Brightspace course.

The Psychology Tutoring Service provides a place where students can work on, discuss, and get assistance with psychology course related problems. Our tutors have either successfully transferred to universities or completed upper level psychology courses with excellent marks.  The best part is that the service is free and is available on a drop-in basis and online.

PLEASE NOTE: Tutors can assist with text related questions only.  Visit the Library’s Subject Tutoring page for more information and a current schedule.  Tutors will NOT be able to help with lecture material or any subject-pool related questions such as room bookings, study approval etc.; please visit this page for subject-pool related resources.

Please have your lecture notes, textbook, assignment guideline, and any course work on-hand so the tutor can provide appropriate assistance.
