Psychology Subject Pool

Psychology students are welcome to sign up and participate as a subject in a study conducted by second year Langara Psychology students. Participation is voluntary and will not contribute towards your course mark unless informed otherwise by your instructor. Psychology Tutoring and Peer Support Services

The Psychology Tutoring Service provides a place where students can work on, discuss, and get assistance with psychology course related problems.  Achieve Peer Support will help students enrolled in PSYC 1115 and 1215 courses to register and navigate the textbook companion Achieve website.  Subject Pool Support assists students with using the online Psychology Subject Pool and signing up for studies.  The best part is that the service is free and is on a drop-in basis. Student Success, Course Planning and Study Skills Workshops

Offered by the Writing Centre and Counseling Department, these workshops are free for Langara students to attend and cover a range of topics from Course Planning to help students transfer to University, Essay Writing, Test Anxiety, Stress Management, Overcoming Procrastination, Time Management, Speed-Reading, Note Taking and more.  Visit Student Workshops for more information.
