Is it free?
Yes! As long as you are registered in the course, our Peer+ sessions are free of charge! P.S. Sometimes we even provide snacks! 😉
Do I get marks for participating?
No, marks are not given for participating in Peer+ sessions. Peer Supported Learning is an extra service that is not part of any course evaluation. It is largely done on a voluntary basis, similar to going to the library for extra help or going to see a study strategist.
What can I get out of Peer Supported Learning?
First and foremost, we are here to help you in any way that we can. Our Peer+ sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re struggling with course material or you’re an A student looking to get an A+, we are here for you.
Our Peer+ sessions are safe spaces where learning can be a fun, collaborative process and where you can meet new people and make new friends!
