Back by popular demand! This hands-on workshop was designed to help students actively improve their citations (and grades!). Students who attend the workshop will receive a certificate of completion.

Tuesday, Nov.12, 2:30-3:20pm
Thursday, Nov.21, 12:30-1:20pm
We will discuss what constitutes plagiarism in the digital age, and how to avoid it by citing correctly. Students are encouraged to bring their papers (works in progress are fine), as they will work one-on-one with librarians and Writing Centre staff to ensure their citations are correct.
Writers of all levels and from disciplines are welcome. The major citation styles (MLA, APA, Chicago) will be covered. Additional citation information, guides, and other useful resources can be found on the Library’s Citing Your Sources page.
