Provide opportunities for members to take

Examples of leadership roles could be: President, Vice President, VP Finance, VP Marketing & Communications, Team Lead - Administration, Team Lead - Events, Team Lead - Marketing, Team Lead - Communications & Social Media, Team Lead - Volunteers.
Ensure that you have clearly defined roles and responsibilities for these positions.
For example: How will you select Executives, will it be via election? What if someone leaves Langara - how will you maintain continuity of leadership from semester to semester?
Describe what type of meetings, club events and activities you want to host, and the type of facilities you are seeking access to.
Note: Clubs are permitted to host events and activities on or off campus, providing they are a) sanctioned by the Office for Student Engagement, b) low risk in nature and c) student attendees sign a waiver form.
Note: On-campus gymnasium space is very limited, If you are not able to gain access to the gymnasium, have you considered other options for club training? Indicate space requirements below.
Note: Sport and Recreational Clubs operate within non-contact guidelines. Participants must sign a liability waiver form when attending club training sessions.
Note: Langara Student Clubs must be student run and led.
Intended affiliations with external organizations must be disclosed and will be reviewed by the Club Application review Committee. Approved clubs must abide by Langara College's Premises Use Policy, G1001. Outside groups are not permitted to host events or activities on behalf of a student club.
